Cookies. This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and uses no such tools. Apart from the security cookie described below, it stores nothing in your browser. The posts from X shown on the site are plain text quotes: no X script or cookie is loaded.

Booking. The Calendly scheduler loads only after you click “Show available times”, below the notice that goes with it. Calendly then sets its own cookies: those needed to book, and others (analytics, marketing) only if you accept them in its banner. The details you enter when booking (name, email, answers) are processed by Calendly on behalf of Paul Dupont EI, under Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab). Your click applies to the current visit only: on your next visit, the scheduler does not load until you click again. You can delete calendly.com cookies in your browser settings, change your choices in Calendly’s cookie settings, or email us without loading the scheduler.

Purpose and legal basis. Data you send by email or when booking is used only to arrange the conversation and follow up on it, as pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) or, if you act on behalf of an organization, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to it (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Retention. Data from exchanges that lead to no engagement is kept for three years from your last contact, then deleted. Data linked to an engagement is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the applicable legal periods (limitation periods, accounting and tax obligations).

Technical logs. The host records technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) needed to run and secure the site. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in securing the site (GDPR article 6(1)(f)), and the logs are kept for the limited period set by Vercel. During a security check, Vercel may set a short-lived technical cookie.

Recipients and transfers. Vercel Inc. (hosting), Calendly, LLC (scheduling) and OVHcloud (email). Vercel and Calendly are based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr (opens in a new tab)).
